As an investment banker our focus is to help companies/developers to raise capital for various projects. These funds can help a business to find the necessary funding for development, expansion, acquiring land, buildings and or equipment or it may be used to help the founders exit from their original shares. Our Investment Banking focus is purely on fund raising, brokerage, mergers and acquisitions. We do not offer capital underwriting, security trading, proprietary trading, dark pools, swaps and market making. As part of our normal merger and acquisition workflow, we do provide research analysis, valuations and asset management for companies that we represent. 

 

Our business brokerage division and investment banking represents buyer and sellers of privately held or publicly listed businesses and those that may be owned by a governmental entity. Those businesses with less than USD $10,000,000 in revenue are typically handled with our team of business brokers and those with higher revenues are referred to our team of global investment bankers. HOW DO WE VALUE YOUR COMPANY/ PROJECT?

All of our valuations are extremely thorough and we use three different valuation methods to arrive at company's value:

​

1) Comparables . We look at comparable companies in the same industry and evaluate them based on series of historical evaluations as we as

future pro formas and then arrive at a median average.

2) Precedent Transactions. Our research team will search for information on most recent transactions that can help us determine what the possible exit multiple is for a company.

​

3) Discounted Cash Flow.  By calculating a company's free cash flow, we can determine what the company's DFC will be and create a graph based on various sensitivity levels.
